By accessing or using iproxii ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

iproxii is a marketplace platform that connects customers seeking local services with qualified service providers. We facilitate the connection but do not directly provide any services ourselves.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform
• One person or business may not maintain more than one account

4. Service Providers

Service providers on iproxii agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their qualifications, credentials, and services
• Maintain all required licenses and insurance for their trade
• Respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
• Deliver services as described and agreed upon with customers

5. Customers

Customers on iproxii agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their service needs
• Communicate respectfully with service providers
• Pay for services as agreed upon with the provider

6. SMS Communications

Service providers may optionally opt in to SMS notifications to receive alerts about new customer requests in their area. Opt-in is a separate, standalone action completed on our dedicated SMS opt-in form or from account settings. SMS opt-in is voluntary, is not a condition of these Terms, and is not required to use the platform. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or disabling SMS in your account settings. 7. Platform Role

iproxii serves as a marketplace and communication platform. We are not a party to any agreement between customers and service providers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by providers.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Misrepresenting your identity or qualifications
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Attempting to circumvent platform fees or communication systems
• Posting false or misleading content

9. Intellectual Property

The iproxii name, logo, and all related marks are the property of iproxii. You may not use our branding without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iproxii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any services obtained through the Platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
