Overview

iproxii uses SMS messaging to send transactional notifications to service providers about new customer requests in their area. This page describes how we obtain consent and how you can manage your SMS preferences.

How We Obtain Consent

Provider Registration Opt-In

During the account registration process on the iproxii app, service providers are presented with the following consent notice:

"By creating an iproxii provider account, you agree to receive transactional SMS notifications about new service requests from customers in your area. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance."

Providers must explicitly check an opt-in checkbox and provide their phone number before their account is activated.

What Messages We Send

iproxii sends transactional SMS notifications only. These include:

iproxii: Alice is looking for Drain Cleaning near Bellevue, WA. Are you available? Reply YES or visit iproxii.com to respond. Reply STOP to opt out.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on customer demand in your service area and categories. You will only receive messages relevant to the services you offer and the area you cover.

Opting Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time:

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. iproxii does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier rates may apply.

Privacy

Your phone number and personal information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS notifications are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others.
